Our Story

Learn more about our mission, values, and the team behind it all.

With recent news of NIL deals and conference realignment in college sports, it's becoming more and more evident that pay to win is in full effect. After taking a deeper dive, we’ve noticed sports at all levels are largely influenced by the depth of their teams' pockets rather than the skills of the players and savvy of the coaches. This didn’t sit well with us and as West Virginia Alumni, and lifelong advocates for the underdogs, we decided to do something about it.

We found in professional sports leagues, teams with less money were able to compete for and even win championships by using statistics and data analytics. Everyone by now should know the story of “Moneyball” in which the Oakland A’s first started using data analytics to boost team performance. Teams like the Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Ravens and Detroit Lions are our modern examples of how using data analytics to make smart and deliberate decisions can expedite rebuilds and generate consistent success. Other teams like the Washington Nationals and Washington Commanders have taken notice and used similar analytics based decision making to spark their rebuilds over the past couple of years.

Our team aims to bring this powerful data to the hands of coaches across all levels. Through simple to use and cost effective software, coaches can now use data analytics generated by their own team for roster management, decision making, game planning and scouting, giving them the edge on their competition.
